PPRA Real Estate Learnership Application Form (Mpumalanga) 2026

The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA), the Mpumalanga Department of Public Works, Roads and Transport, and Services SETA invite applications from 200 Previously Disadvantaged Individuals (PDIs) in Mpumalanga to participate in a 12-month learnership programme designed to support their journey towards becoming Non-Principal Property Practitioners (NPPPs), with a special focus on empowering youth and women.

Successful applicants will be enrolled in the Further Education and Training Certificate in Real Estate (NQF Level 4) and will also be supported in preparing for and completing the PPRA Professional Designation Examination (PDE 4):

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Matric Certificate (Certified)
2. Certified ID copy (Certified)
3. CV
4. Proof of Address or Affidavit
5. Youth and Women

Furthermore, successful candidate will be expected to upload the documents and also bring physical documents to the interview if selected.
