Job Description
Totalsports is seeking a Sales Associate (120hr) based at Carnival City.
The purpose of this role is to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and maintaining high store standards. You will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring customers receive the best possible service and product solutions.
Responsibilities
• Being an ambassador for the brand and offering amazing customer experience
• Exceed customer expectations by identifying and providing the best possible solutions
• Actively keep track of sales performance against targets
• Sell a diverse product range and stay up to date with the latest décor and fashion trends
• Search for opportunities to generate new sales
• Assist with replenishing stock to ensure the store is always customer-ready

• Grade 12 (Matric)
