The Training Force Learnership Programme combines classroom learning with practical workplace experience. Successful candidates are placed into a 12-month programme where they gain skills, work experience, and an accredited qualification registered with SAQA. Learners also receive a monthly stipend during the programme.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen
- Be between 18 and 28 years old
- Have Grade 10, Grade 11, or Grade 12
- Be unemployed
- Not be studying full-time
- Not be registered for another learnership or internship
- Be available for a 12-month learnership programme
- People living with disabilities are encouraged to apply
