Job Description
Tsogo Sun is looking for passionate and hardworking individuals to join their growing team as Reservations Clerks. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment where employee growth and development are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately capture data and maintain guest profiles using Opera System (PMS)
- Maximise sales and marketing opportunities within company policies and standards
- Manage room inventory efficiently using systems and checklists
- Deliver high-quality service both independently and within a team
- Provide excellent customer service when handling bookings, amendments, and guest feedback
- Coordinate with departments to ensure guest expectations are exceeded
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (NQF Level 4) or equivalent qualification
- Good numeracy skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (NQF Level 4)
- Excellent telephone skills and professional etiquette
- Hotel/Tourism School Diploma
- At least two (2) years’ experience in a similar position
