Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following requirements:
Age:
Must be between 18 and 34 years old.
Citizenship:
Applicants must be South African citizens.
Educational Qualifications:
A minimum of a matric certificate is required.
Additional qualifications equivalent to NQF levels 5 and 6 are also accepted.
Employment Status:
Must have been unemployed for at least six months.
Must have little to no prior work experience (less than 12 months total).
Program History:
Must not have participated in the FirstJob program or been employed by any FirstRand franchise previously.
Language Skills:
Proficiency in English is essential.

Availability:
Must not be currently enrolled in any educational institution.
