Role Purpose
An exciting learnership opportunity is available at Momentum Health.

This opportunity is aimed at individuals looking to gain both theoretical knowledge and practical workplace experience.
Upon successful completion, learners will receive an Occupational Certificate: Health Care Benefits Advisor NQF Level 5 (SAQA ID 105030).
While completion does not guarantee permanent employment, it provides valuable experience and improves opportunities within the medical aid administration and insurance industry.
Requirements
- Completed Grade 12 (Matric)
- Mathematics (minimum 40%) or Mathematical Literacy (minimum 60%)
- English and another South African language (minimum 50%)
- Computer literacy is an advantage
- Must be unemployed and able to commit to a 12-month programme
- People with disabilities are encouraged to apply (doctor’s letter required)
- Certified copies of Matric certificate and ID (not older than 3 months)
Additional Requirements
- South African citizen aged between 18 and 30 years
- Available from 01 June 2026 to 31 May 2027
- Able to commute independently to the workplace
- Not studying (part-time or full-time) during the learnership
- Must not have completed the same learnership previously
Duties & Responsibilities
Process
- Participate in classroom sessions and on-the-job training
- Understand company products, policies, and procedures
- Compile a portfolio of evidence for SETA submission
- Maintain detailed logbooks of workplace experience
- Complete formative and summative assessments
- Use company systems effectively and understand operational processes
Client
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Adhere to service level agreements
- Recommend improvements to client service delivery
- Promote strong client service culture and feedback
- Monitor turnaround times and resolve issues promptly
- Manage client queries efficiently and accurately
