Minimum Requirements
- Senior Certificate (Matric) plus a qualification in a relevant field at NQF Level 6 as recognised by SAQA in:
- Public Administration
- Public Management
- Business Administration
- Economics
- Development Studies
- Finance
- Accounting
- Commerce
- Social Sciences
- Social Security
- Law
- IT
Duties
- Provide grant customer service
- Screen and capture applications, including beneficiary maintenance functions
- Administer medical bookings and assessments
- Provide off-site grant application services to clients
- Scan and batch grant files,
