Job Overview
The Stacker is responsible for ensuring that products are correctly stacked, wrapped, and prepared for storage or distribution. The successful candidates will play an important role in maintaining product quality and ensuring efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
As a Stacker, your duties will include:
- Checking the printer to ensure it is operating correctly.
- Confirming the good presentation of packed products.
- Inspecting pallet conditions before use.
- Checking bag weights for manual recording purposes.
- Verifying that the correct product barcode is used.
- Ensuring barcoded products are neatly wrapped.
- Stacking pallets neatly and straight.
- Verifying the integrity of wrapped products.
- Following company quality assurance procedures.
- Maintaining health and safety standards at all times.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- NQF Level 4 qualification, Grade 12, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 12 months of experience in a similar working environment.
