Learnership Overview
Bidvest International Logistics (BIL) is offering an Unemployed Learnership Programme (2026–2027) aimed at developing skills within the Freight and Logistics industry.
This programme is specifically targeted at African females living with disabilities, providing both theoretical and practical workplace training.
The learnership is a 12-month registered qualification through the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations.
Programme Purpose
To equip learners with industry-relevant skills and experience in logistics, preparing them for employment opportunities within the sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Commit to the full 12-month learnership programme
- Complete both theoretical and practical training components
- Participate in training across three divisions within BIL
- Complete all modules via the BIL eLearning platform
- Compile and submit a portfolio of evidence upon completion
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Senior Certificate) or equivalent
- South African citizen
- Aged between 18 and 35 years
- Must be available full-time for 12 months
- Strong interest in the Transport and Logistics industry
