Key Responsibilities
As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Receiving inbound customer and passenger calls.
- Assisting customers with flight-related enquiries.
- Handling flight delays, cancellations, and schedule changes.
- Explaining airline processes and procedures.
- Providing assistance and solutions to customer concerns.
- Communicating professionally both verbally and in writing.
- Maintaining confidentiality when handling customer information.
- Working collaboratively within a team environment.
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
Minimum Requirements
Essential Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 1–4 years’ experience in a Call Centre environment.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong computer literacy skills.
- Excellent telephone etiquette.
- No criminal record.
- No adverse credit record.
- Ability to work weekends, public holidays, and flexible shifts.

Working Hours and Shifts
